Confidentiality of Client Identity

Empire Platinum does not confirm, deny, or disclose the identity of any current, former, or prospective client to any third party, including media, press, or other clients. We do not:

  • Share client names, photographs, or identifying information with third parties
  • Reference clients by name in marketing materials, case studies, testimonials, or public communications without explicit written consent
  • Discuss client identities internally beyond those directly involved in service delivery
  • Maintain visible logs, guest lists, or client rosters that could be accessed by unauthorized parties

Confidentiality of Service Details

All details pertaining to the services we arrange — including travel itineraries, event attendance, dining preferences, personal schedules, and lifestyle requirements — are treated as strictly confidential. This information is:

  • Shared with third-party vendors only to the minimum extent necessary to deliver the requested service
  • Never disclosed to media, entertainment or news outlets, or social media platforms
  • Never used in internal training, case studies, or operational documentation in a manner that could identify a client
  • Retained securely and destroyed or anonymized when no longer required for legitimate business purposes

Staff Confidentiality Obligations

Every member of the Empire Platinum team — including full-time employees, independent contractors, and any third-party vendors engaged on behalf of a client — is contractually bound to strict confidentiality obligations. These obligations include:

  • Execution of a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencement of any role
  • Prohibition on discussing clients, service details, or operational matters on personal social media, with friends, family, or in any public setting
  • Prohibition on taking photographs or recordings in connection with client services
  • Immediate reporting of any actual or potential breach of confidentiality to management

Violations of confidentiality obligations by any Empire Platinum personnel are treated as grounds for immediate termination and may result in legal action.

Media and Press Inquiries

Empire Platinum does not respond to media or press inquiries regarding current or former clients. We will not confirm or deny any client relationship, engagement detail, or service arrangement, regardless of the source or nature of the inquiry. All media inquiries are declined without comment.

Digital Security

We maintain strict digital security protocols to protect client information from unauthorized access:

  • All client data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems
  • Internal communications regarding client matters occur exclusively through secure, private channels
  • Client information is never transmitted via unsecured email or messaging platforms without encryption
  • Access to client records is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis with full audit logging

Physical Discretion

Our operational protocols extend to physical discretion in all service delivery:

  • Vehicles and personnel are deployed without conspicuous branding where client privacy requires it
  • Personnel maintain a professional, low-profile presence at all client engagements
  • Private entrances, dedicated routes, and advance coordination are used whenever possible to minimize public exposure
  • Our staff are trained to deflect, decline, and disengage from any questions about client identity or activities

Legal Compulsion

In the rare event that Empire Platinum is legally compelled to disclose client information by a valid court order, subpoena, or governmental directive, we will promptly notify the affected client to the fullest extent permitted by law, and will use all available legal means to resist or limit such disclosure. We will disclose only the minimum information strictly required by the applicable legal obligation.
